Estimate: Please submit a drawing w/measurements and the site address so that we may provide you with a proposal/estimate.
Estimate Approval/Deposit: Upon approval of your proposal/estimate, you will be required to sign the proposal and return it along with the signed portion on the back of this page as well as a deposit.
Material Selection/Ordering: Ripano has over 500 full slabs in stock to choose from. Ripano also has a large selection of remnant pieces for small jobs (vanity tops, fireplaces, etc.)
Review Pre Production Checklist: We need all of the information and details of your job before we come to measure. If any information is missing at the time of measure, the production and installation of your job will be delayed. This is critical!
Schedule Template: After we receive the above forms and deposit we will schedule a field measure/template for your job.
Perform Template: Our templater will come out to your home to measure/template your job. Any change orders will be submitted at this time. If necessary your job proposal will be re-estimated and issued again for your approval.
Change Order/Adjust Quote (if necessary): We will proceed with scheduling your install date once we have received a signed change order and/or signed proposal.
Layout Approval: Ripano will make every effort to cut the pieces of your countertop to maximize the structural integrity and aesthetic beauty of the stone. We will try to minimize the number of seams required for your job
Confirmation of Install Date: As a rule, Ripano usually schedules installations two weeks from the measure/template if all items on the pre-production checklist are complete. This date is subject to change and will become final when Ripano calls to confirm. At the time of confirmation we will inform you of the estimated time of day of your installation.
Installation: Granite countertops are heavy! Please have a clear path from your driveway to your kitchen so that our installation crews can navigate through your home easily. Please have walkways free of ice, snow and clutter. Also, if you have existing countertops, please make sure they are removed BEFORE we arrive for installation. Ripano does not remove existing countertops or plumbing.
